Setup & Onboarding Steps
Phase 1: Before Kickoff
Before your official launch date, please ensure the following two steps are completed:
- Network Accessibility: Verify that the Mount Elevate WebApp and Mount Elevate platform are accessible from your organization's network. If they are blocked, please contact your IT/Network Admin immediately to whitelist the URLs.
- Team Roster: Share the names and official email addresses of all participating team members with the Mount Elevate team.
Phase 2: Choose Your Sign-In Method
We support three different ways to log in. Review the options below and choose the one that best fits your organization's IT infrastructure.
Option A: Microsoft SSO (Single Sign-On)
If your organization prefers using Microsoft credentials:
- Step 1: Share your Microsoft GUID with us so we can add your organization as a tenant in our application.
- Step 2: Your IT Admin will receive an email from us containing an approval link. They must open the link and grant approval to add your organization.
💡 Admin Consent Alternative: If your IT Admin does not receive the email, they can grant consent manually. Have them copy the URL below, replace {customer-domain} with your actual domain name or GUID, and open it in a browser:
Option B: Google Workspace SSO
If your organization uses Google tools:
- Step 1: Share your official Google Workspace Domain with us. We will add this domain to our application.
⚠️ Important: The Google SSO option cannot be used with personal @gmail.com email addresses. It must be a corporate Google Workspace domain.
Option C: Standard Email
If you prefer not to use SSO: No action required! You don't need to configure anything. You will receive an email from us shortly with instructions on setting up your account password.
Phase 3: After Onboarding
Once the platform is live for your team, complete these final verification steps:
- Sign in to Mount Elevate using your official company email address.
- Upon signing in, you will be automatically navigated to the Courses page.
- Review the list of courses visible to you and confirm with the Mount Elevate team that everything looks correct.
Done! That’s it! Welcome to Mount Elevate and happy learning! 🎉
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I sign in using my personal Gmail account?
A: No. Mount Elevate requires an official corporate email address and does not support standard @gmail.com accounts.
Q: Our IT Admin didn't receive the Microsoft SSO approval email. What should we do?
A: No worries! Email filters can sometimes be aggressive. Your admin can bypass the email entirely by using our direct consent link:
(Just make sure they swap out {customer-domain} with your company's domain or Microsoft GUID).
Q: The Mount Elevate WebApp page isn't loading or says "Access Denied" on my work laptop. How do I fix this?
A: This is usually due to strict corporate firewall settings. Please reach out to your internal IT or Network Administration team and request that they whitelist the Mount Elevate URLs so your team can access the platform on the corporate network.
Q: I logged in, but my Courses page is empty or showing the wrong courses. Who do I contact?
A: If your dashboard doesn't look right post-login, please send a quick note over to mount-elevate-team@everest.engineering and our team will get your course mappings sorted right away.
